Required Experience:
Compensation:
+ Salary $45,000-$48,000/Annual
+ This position will cover both Southern MA and RI district
+ Full-time benefit eligible (Medical/Vision/Dental/Critical/Accident and illness)
+ 401k matched
+ Paid vacation and holidays.
+ Access up to 50% of earned and unpaid wages before each payday with PayActiv app
+ Progressively responsible in retail (1-2 years)
+ Managing teams through leadership and coaching (2-3 years)
+ Multi-unit and retail management experience required (2-3 years)
+ Salon management experience is a plus.
+ Licensed hair stylist (preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Ability to manage the overall operations of multiple salons independently.
+ Ability to provide functional expertise and execute functional responsibilities.
+ Ability to set goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and model teamwork.
+ Ability to provide employees with coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities and build effective teams.
+ Ability to utilize and demonstrate effective leadership principles and practices to create an environment where employees are valued and respected.
+ Ability to lead by example and follow sales process to fully execute each step and ensure extraordinary customer experiences.
+ Knowledge of retail industry operations
+ Strong communication skills-written and verbal
+ Organization and planning skills in a customer service and sales focused environment.
+ Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
+ Leadership skills and team building skills.
+ Reliable transportation and ability to travel weekly.
