The Senior Team leader Role within Service Delivery is responsible for managing Team Leaders and Travel Consultants. With a focus on building a high performing team, this position is actively involved in greater GCO initiatives to drive key objections. While maintaining excellent customer service, you will work closely with Team Leaders to support Travel Consultants to achieve their KPIs and ensure smooth day to day operations.
What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
Act as the People Leader for Team Leaders / Travel Consultants on the team
Monitor team’s results and contribution to GCO objectives
Lead discussions / projects among Team Leaders
Assist with projects, both within the country and globally, collaborating virtually with stakeholders within the organization
Provide defined management level support to Service Delivery, and act as backup in the absence of a manager
Actively transfer specialized skills in mentoring Team Leaders
What We’re Looking For
A Leader with a focus on customer and data driven decision-making
A candidate with experience in a client first environment
An experienced leader who demonstrates a strong sense of urgency while maintaining exemplary detailed accuracy
A candidate with knowledge of Project Management skills
A proven record of successful people management while leading high performing teams
A team player who is willing to work any shift
Ability to delegate and prioritize task for others
Ability to articulate, develop, and achieve long-term objective
Experience in Business Travel or Travel Services is desirable but not essential

United States - Virtual Location
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $49,000 to $94,500. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance. For information about our comprehensive US benefits programs and eligibility, please review our Benefits-at-a-Glance document.
