About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the efficiency of the revenue-generating teams. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and other executive team members to lead the annual and quarterly revenue planning process, implement robust forecasting models, and identify and streamline key revenue processes. A key focus of the role is to establish and maintain a comprehensive data infrastructure, manage performance metrics, and ensure the optimization of revenue-related technologies. The VP of Revenue Operations will also be tasked with building and mentoring a high-performing team and driving cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.Applicants for the Vice President of Revenue Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of scaling revenue operations for a global B2B SaaS company. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and excellent leadership and team-building abilities are essential. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, experience in financial forecasting and modeling, and a background in managing global teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in FP&A or GTM-related finance roles, an MBA is preferred, and experience with tools such as Tableau, SQL, and data visualization for developing leading indicator metrics.
