About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Revenue Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the development and execution of sales processes and strategies, with a primary focus on driving continued revenue growth. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to protect enterprises from digital attacks, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and revenue operations, particularly in SaaS and/or technology sales, with a preference for experience in the cyber security industry. Responsibilities for this position include overseeing all sales operations functions, developing revenue growth strategies, and creating and managing company incentive and compensation plans. The VP, Revenue Operations will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring operational excellence in the sales process to facilitate team scaling and revenue optimization.The company is looking for a collaborative, cross-functional leader with a proven track record in driving sales and business strategy, and the ability to influence and partner successfully with internal business functions. The role requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills, experience with technical systems including CRM, and a background in managing M&A evaluations and integrations. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's efforts to disrupt the economics of cybercrime and must be adept at creating a culture of strong CRM hygiene and ensuring that sales teams are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales enablement training.
