The Company is seeking an Area Vice President of Sales to play a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of the home care industry. The successful candidate will lead and develop a sales team, acting as the crucial link between patients in need of care and the organization's service line providers. This role demands a professional with a proven track record of goal achievement, a deep commitment to excellence, and the ability to advocate for both the patient and the company. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to innovation, adaptation, and will be instrumental in driving organic growth and expanding professional networks to ensure the delivery of the right care, at the right time, and in the right place.Applicants for the Area Vice President of Sales position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field within the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory capacity. A background as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred. The role requires a professional with strong decision-making, leadership, and financial management skills, as well as the ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment, where the focus is on making a real difference in the lives of patients and the community.
