Associate Director, Sales Enablement Technology_

Humana's Marketing Organization is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Enablement Technology to join the Retail Marketing team working remote anywhere in the U.S. You will lead and develop a team of 5 marketing professionals that lead the implementation of technology solutions that support the end-to- end agent and market leader experience.

As the Associate Director, Sales Enablement Technology, you will plan, recommend, implement, and optimize market leader and agent experiences and journeys with our sales enablement and communication technology platforms. You will work closely with our sales organization, technology vendors, marketing technology team, IT and other cross functional areas to deliver digital experiences that help drive agent and market leader engagement and differentiate Humana from other carriers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Drive the creation and execution of a best-in-class market leader and agent experience for education, sales enablement and communication.

+ Drive the vision for how we empower agents, maximizing the capabilities of enablement platforms to drive agent and marketing engagement and impact agent productivity.

+ Understand the agent and market leader journeys and 'jobs to be done' and drive technology strategy and communication strategies that differentiate Humana across the experience

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management Information Systems or related field

+ 15+ years of marketing with some experience supporting a sales organization

+ 10+ years of marketing/sales enablement technology management experience/SaaS platform - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Highspot, SproutLoud or other sales enablement technology platforms

+ Site Architecture and Design

+ Use case development

+ Roadmap development

+ Requirements development and documentation

+ User group definition, development and maintenance

+ Taxonomy and tagging management

+ SaaS vendor management

+ Technology Governance - tagging, business rules, adherence

+ Technology change management

+ Experience influencing cross functional teams to deliver best-in-class audience experiences

+ Budget and project management experience

+ Strategically oriented, resourceful, influential, innovative and critical thinker

+ Ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving audience experiences

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ MBA or advanced degree

+ Prior health insurance industry experience

**Additional Information**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$112,400 - $154,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
