Main Accountabilities:
Report to Chief Sales Officer
Will own sales tools and all enabling technological relationships (vendors)
Develop all sales and membership reporting
Singular point of contact for shared service partners (IT, product, enrollment, member services)
Train, implement, and oversee performance management program for programs and sales channels
Develop key programs to drive growth and create corresponding playbook
Manage all marketing KPIs and conversion performance
Directly responsible for telesales and all marketing dependent performance
Create reporting and synthesize performance for senior leadership
Manage sales administration, broker services and other growth enabling dependencies
Build reporting, proformas, and calculate cost per sale and acquisition cost to determine effective growth strategies
Support sales channel to achieve health plan’s qualified lead and enrolment goals
Partners with the senior leadership to determine most effective opportunities to generate sales/leads
Foster and nurture various community-based relationships within assigned areas
Keep a log of all sales/marketing events and leads
Coordination with marketing to support proper advertisement of events
Understand the covered benefits, non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions
Keep informed and adhere to current CMS Marketing guidelines
Create and monitor telemarketing/outreach efforts as required
Train licensed staff and external broker channel on plan offerings and the sales process
Requirements:
Medicare Sales Experience required
5+ years of experience building programs
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years sales and preferred management experience
Ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to lift up to forty pounds
License/Certification
Valid driver's license (Required)
Health Licensing as required by prospective state (Required)
Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $220,000/year in our geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
