Job Description We're seeking a leader in commercialization (a.k.a Go-to-market) strategies to accelerate the adoption of the team’s global portfolio and drive revenue growth. The North America Data Products commercialization team acts as the primary point of contact to Visa’s data products. This role represents a great opportunity to develop and scale a variety of skills, including selling, working with regional teams and clients, challenge the status quo, and problem solve to remove barriers towards exponential growth opportunities. The Commercialization Manager will be a self-starter who is eager and determined to seek out clients, identify key opportunities and connect them with solutions across the data products portfolio . This role will focus on the use, adoption, and growth of these solutions. This is a direct client facing role and can be remote or located at any Visa hub office in the USA. Specific Responsibilities will include: Client Solutions The primary focus is to meet and exceed revenue targets across a portfolio of products.
Socializing and evangelizing Visa's product strategy, roadmap and benefits across all client types and segments.
Understanding client business needs and priorities, defining client solution business requirements, and working with global product development team to shape and prioritize product design and delivery.
Identify new growth opportunities and develop a plan of action.
Drive incremental revenue by assisting in selling across North America Data Products and supporting the growth of Value-Added Services.
Partner closely with internal functions across Visa to drive client success, serve as their advocate, and be the voice of the client.
Responsible for assisting with day-to-day activities, strategic meetings, cross functional collaboration to meet partner needs and drive revenue growth.
Take initiative to develop skills by staying current on industry trends, product knowledge and new company developments.
Sales Engineering Delivering sales pitches that include product demos, solution proposals, and user experience.
Perform client-specific technical due diligence and qualification, performing ROI analysis for the client for specific products.
Define technical solutions that both satisfy the business needs and priorities, as well as best fits the client’s technical architecture and existing partnerships.
Perform other job duties as required.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM tool.Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, coordinate multiple activities or tasks at a time, make decisions and solve problems by using logic.Possess excellent More Products, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to More Products and establish relationships with clients and constantly search for new proposals.Experience serving as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including product management, customer support, and financeStrong leadership and communication skills to influence and instill confidence with collaborators at all levels and in all functions/geographiesAnalytical, organized, accurate, and thorough with fact-based consultative fieldTeam oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and results driven, with shown success over a wide variety of functional business problemsPassionate about what you do and fired up about the opportunity to transform payments working for the industry leaderStrong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
