Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Digi Solutions in Hunt Valley, Maryland, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with clients. This is a full-time individual contributor role with a combination of base salary and commissions.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position is $4000 to $10000 per month, paid biweekly. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-up.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting and networking.

- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Digi Solution's products and services to clients.

- Create and present sales proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate effective promotional strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
