Description:
+ Lead a team of Reconciliation Specialists and Compliance Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure high-quality work products.
+ Oversee the reconciliation of approximately 900 accounts received from brokerage feeds with employee records.
+ Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
+ Oversee the collection of supporting documentation for approximately 450 Managed accounts that exist in the employee pre-trade system.
+ Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation for each account.
+ Manage and resolve approximately 1,300 Employee Compliance cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Conduct regular quality control reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance team productivity.
+ Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for the reconciliation and compliance processes.
+ Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to account information, employee records, or documentation.
+ Provide support and guidance to employees on reconciliation-related queries and issues.
+ Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
+ Foster a positive and productive team environment by promoting open communication, recognizing achievements, and addressing concerns.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience working within Employee Compliance in a leading capacity.
+ Prior experience reconciling accounts.
+ Experience supporting documentation of each account.
+ Experience conducting quality control and project management.
+ System implementation of STAR - any STAR Software experience preferred.
