Sales Executive

Our client specializes in providing injury case management services. They have a unique high-touch, high-engagement approach that also reduces costs significantly for employers. They are seeking a driven, metrics-focused sales rep to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through lead gen activities like cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Achieve monthly quota of $100k in new business
- Service your own book of accounts
- Work closely with sales leadership on strategy and team building
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in insurance, PEO, or tech sales (experience selling into safety/HSE leaders a plus).
- Track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Hunter mentality and strong prospecting skills
- Driven, ambitious, and resilient
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Located in the Houston metro area
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range starts at $90k, with an OTE of $150k.
