About this Opportunity:

As the Director of Inside Sales at Popmenu, you'll lead a team of Inside Sales Executives (ISEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), guiding them towards achieving sales excellence. Your primary objective is to develop a winning sales strategy and ensure our team is equipped to effectively leverage Salesforce and SalesLoft.

What's on Your Plate:

- Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives and Sales Development Representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and success.

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

- Cultivate strong relationships within the restaurant industry, positioning Popmenu as the premier solution for restaurant technology needs.

- Ensure our sales team is effectively utilizing Salesforce and SalesLoft to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.

- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

- Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales operations tools to help increase efficiency and output of sales teams.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and forge lasting relationships.

- A passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to help restaurants succeed in the digital age.

At Popmenu we believe in transparency and meeting candidates at eye level. We know that money isn’t everything - but it is important: For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $200 to $230k OTE in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer.
