This person will report to our Chief Legal Officer & VP of Business Operations and flex their HR muscle and do something different each day!

Why Is This Role So Special?
As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a strategic partner to department leaders and our employee population, playing a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with the company's objectives and supporting the needs of our diverse workforce. You’ll have a hand in a variety of aspects of People Operations, including: employee relations & retention, performance management, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting and hiring, and so much more! With a specific focus on recruitment, you will lead the talent acquisition efforts to attract, engage, and onboard top talent.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a trusted advisor to the department leads, understanding their unique needs and challenges to deliver tailored HR solutions
Serve as a resource for managers and employees, addressing day-to-day questions, navigating & coaching them through conflict, and providing guidance on HR policies and programs
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and check-ins throughout their first six months
Handle offboarding procedures with professionalism and sensitivity; processing paperwork, managing exit interviews, and partnering with the hiring manager on org design and ultimately, the backfill strategy
Develop framework and execute the performance management process to ensure a high-performing culture to support leaders on a day-to-day basis as well as formalized conversations throughout the year
Be a key stakeholder in developing our compensation philosophy and managing the annual increase process as well as compensation requests throughout the year
Partner closely with Just Works to understand our current policies and procedures in an effort to make updates or enhancements to better our employee experience and adhere to State and Federal laws
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize HR practices and processes
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Staying relevant on HR trends & practices and proactively surfacing suggestions for enhancements or new initiatives to the Mon Ami leadership team
Attending job fairs and community networking events
What You Bring?
3+ years of professional Human Resources Management experience
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, duties, and deadline
The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism throughout all internal and external interactions
Exude subject matter expertise, strong interpersonal & collaborative skills, and time management
Proficient with Google Workspace applications
Exceptional business acumen; analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
Self-driven to achieve goals; a high energy level is essential, as well as a strong, dedicated work ethic
Love-To-Haves:
Experience working in the real estate industry
Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience working with Just Works and managing the payroll process
