Business Development Representative

Role: You will be the front line of contact with our prospective customers. You will be in charge of initiating contact with new prospects, engaging with them to understand their needs, and cultivating relationships throughout the sales process as they get to know our products and services. Occasional travel to a few US-based ABA conferences throughout the year may be required.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with our sales and marketing departments to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Collaborate with customer support, sales, and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.

Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Represent Hi Rasmus at industry events and conferences.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of the healthcare or behavioral health industry is a plus.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred: Experience and understanding of the field of Applied Behavior Analysis or other aligned therapies.
