**Position Summary**

Provides support and resolves escalated issues from associate service desk supports. Maintains close communication to ensure the delivery of reliable service to the organization.

**Major Tasks and Responsibilities**

+ Trains associate service desk supports on established policies, procedures and services.

+ Provides technical support to users and resolves technical issues.

+ Communicates with users on escalated issues from initial contact through resolution.

+ Deploys computer equipment, software, and diagnostic tools to provide extensive customer support.

+ Provides Knowledge Base Articles and submits them to databases.

+ Informs leadership about project statuses and technical issues.

+ Exercises judgment in procedure selection and application to determine when to escalate issue to higher support levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Associate degree in computer science or a related field.

+ 2+ years of service desk or customer support experience.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

+ Troubleshooting and technical support skills.

Pay Rate: $21.75 - $25.10 per hour, based on experience
