About the Role
The Director is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services. They are involved in executing key account plans, measuring cross-sell effectiveness, and driving high NPS scores. The Director reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales with a skip level relationship to the Executive Managing Director of Finance & Transformation.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the financial advisory sector.
Understand the needs and goals of each customer and align them with our value proposition and solutions.
Track, optimize, and communicate customer ROI and value delivered through our services.
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Responsible for overall customer success, tracking, optimizing, and communicating customer ROI, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying expansion opportunities across the book of business.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion, cross-selling, and upselling within the existing book of business.
Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners.
Measure and report on the performance and outcomes of key account activities and initiatives.
Execute key account plans, measure x-sell effectiveness, and drive high NPS scores
Drive high customer loyalty and retention and increase NPS scores.

Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales in the financial advisory sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Strong knowledge of the financial advisory market, trends, and challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel as required.
