**Job Description:**

IT Mart Team Lead/Supervisor

The IT Mart Team Lead manages a team of Systems Administrators that are responsible for providing Account Management Services to Department of State consolidated accounts. Supervises the creation, modification and management of all Department of State accounts, as well as the creation and modification of SNAP cards. The IT Mart lead also ensures that staff are trained and equipped to provide initial mobile and laptop support at tier 1 level.

HOW AN IT MART TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

- Supervises assigned technical support staff in support of networked and stand-alone computer users and systems

- Plans, prioritizes, and schedules IT Mart activities to ensure continuity of service

- Develops and trains IT Mart staff

- Analyzes IT Mart activities and develop tools and process improvements to optimize service

- Supervises staff in recognizing, identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with information systems products and services

- Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties

- Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

● Required Technical Skills:

- Systems Administration

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
