Program Director

CHD is seeking a clinical professional to lead its In-Home Therapy services. The Program Director provides administrative leadership, direction, and oversight to the CBHI children's outreach services, In Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring.
The Director is responsible for hiring, training, budget development/monitoring, and maintaining effective relationships with payors and referral sources. The Director is also responsible for monitoring compliance with funding guidelines and ensures adherence to the program's quality standards. In addition, the Director is a liaison to the community, families, and other professional providers and creates and maintains open, effectual lines of communication.
Requirements
Master's Degree, independent clinical license, and three years supervisory experience with the population required. The optimal candidate will demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm for the mission, goals and objectives of the agency as well as have demonstrated experience in managing budgets, personnel issues, and service delivery needs of individuals served in similar programs.
