Assistant Program Director Easthampton , Massachusetts Apply Now Assistant Program Director FULL TIME - EASTHAMPTON Benefits: Dentalinsurance Health insurance Mental Health Recovery Services (MHRS).Intensive Clinical Residential Program: Stockbridge Location:Easthampton, MA Fulltime. \$18.57-\$19.53/hr Position Summary:ServiceNet is looking for a natural leader to work in tandem in our 24hour, 4-bed clinically intensive residential program in Easthampton, MA.The program participants are returning to the community after long termcare, so the focus is on recovery and skill-building. We are committedto supporting each program participant in meeting his or her uniquegoals. Position Responsibilities: Assist the Program Director withoversight and management of the program. Work with clinicians and staffto assist residents in reaching their treatment goals. OverseeMedication Administration, in collaboration with the Program Director.Manage the staff schedule, in collaboration with the Program Director.Assist in providing supervision to program staff and relief staff asneeded. Complete all documentation, service notes, utilization reports,event reports, monthly notes on participants in the electronic healthrecord. Review and follow individual plans, Crisis Plans, RiskManagement Plans and any other relevant plans and protocols related toGLE participants. Participate in the on-call rotation. All other tasksassigned by the Program Director. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degreepreferred. High School Diploma / GED required. Behavioral / MentalHealth residential experience. Valid driver\'s license and acceptablemotor vehicle record. Excellent communication, computer, andorganizational skills. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm. Pay &Benefits: \$18.57-\$19.53/hr - \$1.00 MAP differential. \$5,000 sitespecific wage differential. Paid orientation and trainings. Generoustime-off package.
