Job Title: Meeting Center Planner and Administrator
Location: Irving, TX 75039
Duration: 5 Months
Schedule Notes: 30 hours per week (6 Hrs./Day), candidate can work out hours with Management each week.

Duties:
***NOTES***
Candidates MUST be local to the Irving TX area, candidate would be onsite once per week so must be within commutable distance.
Air Travel will be required at least once during assignment, one week long trip in October (National), through there is a possibility this Candidate could travel to Barcelona, Spain for a conference in November - would advise all candidates have active Passport / Passport card.
Leadership wants to see candidates with 3+ Years of related experience for consideration.
Candidates must have at least a completed Associates Degree for consideration, strong preference for candidates with Bachelors or Advanced Degrees.

About this role:
This is a contracting role we are adding to support the current needs of the Strategic Partnership team in Conferences.
As our conferences have grown in number and size, so too have our internal partners interest and focus in engaging with our attendees within our conference space.
This role will support the global meeting program manager with administrative tasks, data analysis, and entry across a worldwide portfolio of meeting programs at conferences during our busiest time of the year.
The individual will manage the Meeting Center Resources for Business Unit Partners in Sales and Service Delivery leading up to the conferences.
Create meeting center booking links for Sales and Service Delivery partners utilizing SimplyBook and equip the meeting program manager with resources to support business unit partners to use the tool effectively.
Transfer bookings into Events Manager/Conference Navigator and troubleshoot changes, cancellations, and conflicts.
Manage the booking tool availability and maintain booking data post-conference to evaluate utilization and quantify value.
Skills:
