Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team out of our Cranford, NJ office. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in office management who understands that working in a small company requires flexibility and a willingness to take on varied tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, a strong work ethic and a "getting things done" attitude. Responsibilities will include supervising staff, purchasing, customer service and inventory control.

Qualifications

1. Office Management experience, 5 years.

2. Experience with QuickBooks Purchasing, Sales and Inventory modules. Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
