Requirements:

Job Title : Technology Support Technician

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• New Hire Setup (Active Directory, ERP access, Facility Access card, Equipment)

• Managing Helpdesk tickets in a timely manner and escalating as needed

• Performing remote work after office hours as needed

• Responding to employees' issues, by email, phone, and chat app

• Following up with employees to ensure issues are resolved

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance

• Maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment (mice, keyboards, monitors, etc.)

• Writing and Editing Training and Procedure documentation

• Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention

• Training users on business applications

• Working with users on-site and at remote facilities

• Interacting with users in office and shop floor environments to ensure all issues are identified resolved

• Supporting users with Office 365 and Windows 10

Work Location: 30962 Santana St, Hayward, CA 94544 (Onsite no remote )

Work schedule: Monday to Friday , Day shift
