Creates and owns our annual editorial, campaign, and event calendar for various media platforms and outlets ensuring visibility of active projects and deadlines.
Reviews and researches previous successful and unsuccessful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
Defines, communicates, monitors, and enforces adherence to legal and regulatory standards and internal policies.
Remains abreast of marketing trends, policies competitive landscape, and changes to legal and regulatory requirements to implement changes.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations, standards of conduct, ethics, competitive landscape, and related policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Minimum two years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and campaign management. Specific experience in financial services or lending space is a plus.
Experience creating and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Highly analytical and agile thinker with the ability to test and learn while remaining persistent, resourceful, and creative.
Ability to create captivating content that conveys our company and products as industry leaders and innovators.
Competent in Photoshop, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Pardot.
Knowledge of industry advertising and social media guidelines, procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills.
Possess a hybrid of technical and soft skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
End-to-end project management expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management software tools.
