What You Will Do
The focus of this position is to provide Change Management support for a fast-paced Human Capital system implementation for an Intelligence Community (IC) client. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for the client to gather input and coordinate with other team members to ensure project activities are appropriately meeting client expectations. This will include independently managing workload and tasks, as well developing high-quality deliverables.
High-level Job Duties Include
Responsible for the implementation and coordination of the Change Management Plan to support an enterprise technology implementation.
Apply change management processes and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by an IT implementation, drive faster user adoption and minimize resistance.
Participate in and/or lead project meetings and client stakeholder briefings related to status updates, overall progress, and risks/issues.
Lead development of Change Management activities and deliverables including, but not limited to:
Change Readiness Assessments
Stakeholder Identification
Stakeholder Analysis
Ensure Change Management activities are aligned with the overall project timeline and key milestones and other workstreams.
Work collaboratively and provide support to other initiatives such as, but not limited to, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, and Training.
What You Will Need
ACTIVE and CURRENT Top Secret (TS) / SCI federal security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in change management
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to develop approaches to solve client problems and lead a team to execute the approach, achieving desired results for the client.
What Would Be Nice To Have
Experience implementing technology solutions to DoD clients using Change Management best practices.
Demonstrated experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) missions,
policies, and procedures.
Certifications: Prosci, Change Management Advanced Practitioner, LaMarsh, or another accredited change management certification
