Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Change Management Consultant to design engaging course material to explain technical procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Assess training needs and requirements, conducting gap analysis as necessary

Develop customized training curriculum materials based on custom configurations—to include briefs, detailed user guidance, and exercises

Design technical instruction using simple language

Plan, prepare, and deliver learning programs

Train/teach and present live and in-person and virtual

Create video modules for enterprise-wide distribution

Track and assess training feedback; incorporate in an iterative manner

Maintain updated records of curriculum. Regularly reevaluate existing materials and update as needed

Here's what you need:

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience with technical training, computer science, IT, or software management or experience with technical training, computer science, IT, or software management

Excellent oral and written communication ability

Analytic and technical expertise

Efficient and organized

Familiarity with educational techniques

Solid interpersonal skills

Bonus points if:

Experience with ServiceNow (CSA ideal), CRM, or other PaaS

Certified technical training

Security Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
