Job Description
The role would be to Lead and manage the change management process for transformation of the Communications & Signaling Department (COSI). The prospective candidate will develop and execute change management plans, communicate with stakeholders, manage resistance to change, track and measure the effectiveness of change management, stay up to date on the latest trends in change management.
Responsibilities
Analyze COSI’s business operations and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
Conduct business analysis to identify areas of opportunity and develop solutions
Assist in strategic planning initiatives to drive organizational growth and success
Manage change initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Provide business consulting services to COSI, offering expertise and guidance on various business challenges
Support subordinate organizations in implementing change management strategies to drive successful organizational transformations
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Candidate Specification
Experience
5+ years’ experience in management consulting or related field
Strong background in business analysis, strategic planning, and project management
Excellent knowledge of business consulting principles and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to drive change management initiatives within organizations
Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret data effectively
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
Change Management Prosci Certification
