Agile and Change management certifications (1 of each minimum)
Hands on experience working in Agile team
Responsibilities Utilize change management methodology, process, and tools to develop a strategy for supporting the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative
Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness to determine the impacts of changes on stakeholders
Manage stakeholders and lead communication efforts for technology delivery and tools
Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications related to training and technology delivery
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
Streamline multiple methodologies into a concise package when necessary
Act as an internal consultant, working on multi-disciplinary projects and leveraging broad knowledge of the company and its key functions
Facilitate meetings, influence stakeholders, and navigate company politics
Design and execute comprehensive change strategies for various projects, ensuring alignment with the company vision, business strategy, and brand
Create simple visualizations for internal audiences

We are seeking a Change Management and Communications Senior to support critical enterprise-wide projects and represent a Modern Delivery way of working at our company.
Day To day Responsibilities:
