About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its partner-centric social justice initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continued transformation and advancement of the organization, with a focus on empowering and supporting proximate leaders and communities. This role is pivotal in driving the company's mission to move money and build power for its partners, ultimately contributing to social change. The Executive Director will work closely with the executive and senior leadership teams to develop and implement a clear and compelling transformation strategy, as well as oversee all operational aspects to ensure the effective delivery of the organization's mission.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a strong background in social justice, philanthropy, fiscal sponsorship, or a related field.
