Receptionist

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-presented.
Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
Keep records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other clerical duties (e.g., filing, photocopying).
Qualifications: Pleasant personality and strong customer service skills.
Ability to handle emergencies effectively.
Multitasking and stress management skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
