Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Coordinate special projects as assigned

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Experience:
