Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Downtown Dallas, TX with occasional trips to the Frisco office
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
Summary: The IT Specialist will provide user support, and network support and administration for the company.
Responsibilities: Desktop/Helpdesk support of Windows and Mac laptops and desktops
White glove support of C-level officers & executives
Local Area Network Management including Some on-prem device
A couple of Hyper-V virtual servers
Ring central SaaS management
Currently moving all the endpoints to a cloud management system Manage the transition off of Active Directory
Qualifications: Proficient O365
Windows server 2019, Windows 10 and 11, MacOS (Catalina and Monterey)
Intune suite
Windows Autopilot &, Apple Business Manager
Proficient in managing hybrid environment
PowerShell
Cisco IOS
Meraki Dashboard & Ubiquiti dashboard
Experience working with Vendors
Knowledge of fiberoptic interfaces
Preferred Qualifications Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Graft (API) can learn this
Cloud Management, Barracuda email archiving
SolarWinds service desk & Dameware Remote Support
