Your Impact as an IT Support Specialist: In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing top-tier support, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert technical support across a range of IT systems, including servers, workstations, applications, and communication tools.
Efficiently manage user accounts and access, ensuring secure and streamlined operations.
Lead in Office 365 and network administration, upholding high performance and reliability.
Contribute to IT Asset Management, ensuring precise inventory tracking.
Expertly handle tickets, prioritizing and escalating them as needed, to ensure optimal service delivery.
Develop and maintain valuable knowledge base articles, guidelines, and training materials to enhance our IT support framework.
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience with Office 365 Administration and Microsoft Office.
Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange Server/Online, and various networking components.
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management and AV/Video Conferencing Solutions.
Familiarity with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, and Android.
A Bachelor’s degree or a suitable mix of education and experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional customer service and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication skills to effectively share technical information with a diverse audience.
