Sales Account Manager

Direct Hire:
Base Salary: $45,000 + commission.
$65,000 compensation expectation if minimum goals are met. If individual exceeds the minimum expectation $75,000 - $80,000 is very realistic in the first year. $80k - $95k possible in years 2-3 with continued territory growth.
Uncapped commission. 40% commission on monthly invoiced sales.
Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm, no weekends
401k w/ full vesting eligibility at 90 days
Health insurance eligibility at 1st day of second month.
Looking for someone with B2B or B2C sales experience but specifically looking for a HUNTER that will grow territory.
Ideally, someone who has sold roofing, solar, windows etc that could be looking for a job with a better work/life balance (8-5 rather than evenings or weekends)
Anyone with structured sales from companies like ADP, ADT, Enterprise Rent-A-Car would be potential fits.
Inside and outside sales preferred but if only one, they would prefer inside and someone who is willing to learn outside.
100% NEED to be comfortable being on the phone for call blocks.
Daily Structure
8am - 9am: Organization and 1-on-1 meeting with regional director to plan out day and discuss what was successful or not the day before
9am - 12noon: Phone Block: 40 - 50 calls per day. reaching to business to offer coverall services
Looking for someone that will take a consultative approach to sales and use their personality.
12pm - Lunch
Afternoon: Outside sales time. Go on meetings that were set up during morning call blocks. Do an additional 10 door knocks and get information in front of potential clients.
Territory is Western Indianapolis: Northwest to Southwest: 45 minute area from office.
Each day starts in the office at 8am but reps do no have to report back to the office in the afternoon after doing their door knocks and meetings.
