We are seeking a Overload Sales Manager of North America to join our team!

Overload Sales Manager for the on-board weighing business in non-timber markets with primary emphasis on large fleet and municipal markets. Manage overload sales budget. Includes defining, creating and implementing business strategy in United States for all overload products including Load Pro.

Work with Director Sales & Marketing and Business Managers to develop and implement national overload on-board weighing business strategies. Primary territory is North American market with secondary emphasis on Central and Southern American market, but also includes interface with related business units worldwide and internal support groups.

Develop, manager and support national customer base including dealer, OEM and end users. To include product launches, communications, proposals, support and pricing activity.

Coordinate with sales support, technical support, management, engineering, production, quality and finance locally to provide customer feedback to company for incorporation into products/service offerings and to provide interface for customer base.

Special sales projects as assigned by Director of Sales and other duties as assigned

Requirements

4 year degree, technical and/or business related preferred; and/or experience in weighing or transportation industries.

5 years in like position, in related industry a plus.

Large fleet and automotive and trucking OEM experience

Scale knowledge and/or trucking industry knowledge

Technical aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and CRM software. On-board weighing, scale and/or transportation industry experience preferable.

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual’s unique set of knowledge, skills, education, experience and geographic location, as well as internal equity.
