Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development: Craft and execute a robust digital content strategy that aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of our users.
A/B Testing Leadership: Drive A/B testing initiatives across various digital platforms, from planning and setup to execution and analysis, to continuously optimize content on att.com.
Performance Analysis: Analyze test results, interpret data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, design, and development to ensure the seamless integration and execution of testing plans.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with seasonal trends and user behaviors, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
Audience Insights and Segmentation: Utilize customer insights and market research to inform content strategies and effectively target diverse audience segments.

Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Extensive Experience: A minimum of 8 years in digital content strategy and proven success in leading A/B testing initiatives.
A/B Testing Proficiency: Expertise in A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive content optimization and improvements.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clearly conveying complex ideas.
