Job Summary:
A Digital Strategist is responsible for the successful planning and management of digital communications strategy for GMMB clients. A Digital Strategist understands channel-specific content strategy, how brands are experienced through social, mobile and web communications, and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences. A Digital Strategist shapes goals and objectives by gleaning insights from all parts of digital discovery, including analyzing website traffic, social media audits, user testing, content audits, and social listening. A true collaborator at heart, this role must partner with functional digital specialists in strategy, SEO, UX, technology, and creative, along with account managers, to shape digital content plans for clients. This candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams.
GMMB has a hybrid work schedule with at least two days in office presence

Salary range $70,000 - $85,000
You are … a Digital Strategist who knows how to:
Assist Senior Digital Strategists with client research, content strategy, campaign planning and management, and reporting.
Manage project plans and developing comprehensive digital strategies and tactics for client.
Author social media content, including conducting audience research, drafting cross-channel copy, identifying hashtags, and guidance for accompanying images/media.
Oversee the execution of social media and email campaigns, including content calendars, best practices, and reporting.
Assist with web builds, including conducting discovery research, content workshops, content migration, and Quality Assurance testing.
Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis internally and to clients, working with Google Analytics, social media channel analytics, and social media listening tools.
Analyze market trends and emerging platforms.
Create project templates and best practices for team use with client deliverables.
Attend client and account team meeting, presents findings, gather information for projects.
You have...
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
3+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required)
Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
Strong writing and editing skills for websites, social media, and other digital collateral
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), e.g. WordPress or Drupal
Adobe software skills, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro is a plus
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytic platforms
Strong familiarity with social media platforms, ability to pull analytics data
Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups
Strong interest in technology or digital marketing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and systems.
