Sr. Project Manager

Our client, a pet insurance company in NYC, is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with experience in digital, social, and integrated campaigns for an ongoing contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive digital, social, and integrated projects, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms, and driving impactful results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and integrated campaign execution. This is a 40-hour/week ongoing contract that requires 2-days/week onsite in lower Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage digital, social media, and integrated campaign projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content across various social media platforms.
Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management in an agency or marketing and advertising environment.
Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in various project management tools and software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
