Account Manager

We are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager who will drive branch performance through exceptional service to clients and employees. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability of qualified field employees through effective recruiting and skill matching. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruiting activities to maintain a database of qualified field employees.
- Ensure all pre-hire requirements (drug screen, background checks, etc.) are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the assignment/client database.
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing assigned budgets (advertising, recruitment, and incentives).
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to provide regular and consistent sales leads.
- Support business growth and account development.
- Conduct the on-boarding process for field employees, including interviewing, application entry, reference checking, and documentation.
- Provide management with daily reports (QC calls, arrival calls, extensions, closes, etc.).
- Participate actively in the branch unemployment process, including assignment offers, work refusals, UE audits, phone hearings, etc.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all safety and workers compensation programs, policies, and risk trends.
About You:
- Preferred BS/BA degree with 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or equivalent role in the staffing industry.
- Proven ability to improve and enhance customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Willingness to travel periodically within the local market, including client visits, employee check-ins, and job fairs.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.
- Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
