Senior Manager, Global Payroll

About the Role:
As the Sr Manager, Global Payroll, you will develop, execute, and lead the Company’s payroll function. You will partner and have a high visibility with cross functional teams across finance, stock administration, legal and human resources to ensure our employees across the globe gets paid in a timely and accurate manner. What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and oversight across the global payroll function to ensure compliant, timely and accurate pay (including stock-compensation) for employees in all countries.
Manage the relationship with multiple payroll related vendors globally, ensuring they are meeting our specific needs and deadlines, and reviewing for accuracy the payroll inputs prior to transmission for payment to employees.
Have a strong customer service focused approach for the Payroll team in dealing with employee questions in a timely manner.
Lead a growing team of payroll professionals, ensuring their continued engagement and professional development.
Partner with Internal Audit and Enterprise Systems teams to ensure there are appropriate internal controls over the payroll cycle and the related systems in line with Sarbanes Oxley.
Ensure compliance with rules and regulations across various jurisdictions related to timely and accurate payroll tax withholdings, payments and submission of returns.
Drive ongoing process optimization and improvement to ensure the payroll function scales within a fast growing organization.
Stay current and adapt to new payroll related rules and regulations in each jurisdiction.
Develop strong partnership within the Finance org, as well as other teams across theorganization such as Benefits, People and Places, Stock Administration and other functional areas to ensure delivery of accurate employee outcomes (personal tax compliance, W-2 reporting etc).
Support other projects and activities, as defined by senior leadership and/or enterprise requirements (such as external audits, company wide system implementations etc)
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of multi-state, non-exempt and exempt payroll experience in a rapidly growing company with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Experience with payroll for Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, India, and Pakistan is an advantage.
Knowledge of payroll withholding and reporting requirements as it relates to equity transactions, fringe benefits required.
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and ensure the team consistently meets deadlines and delivers accurate results.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience with Workday HRIS and Payroll, ADP, Netsuite, and MS Office.
