As a Senior Manager on the Levi’s Global Consumer Marketing team you will help drive greater global leverage, scale and cohesion; leading globally led campaign and content development for our product and brand marketing projects. You will report to the Director of Global Marketing.

About the Job Lead the seasonal development of creative briefs to address defined needs for strategic direction, content, packaging.

Partner with Creative (internal and external) to lead the development of compelling, on-brief, content, while staying within budget.

Participate in creative production, attending shoots to oversee content creation.

Manage the rollout and regional adoption of global marketing programs through the oversight of delivery of comprehensive toolkits. Post-toolkit release, you will provide support to teams as they adapt and implement your programs in their markets

Lead regular calls and meetings with regional marketing partners to stay connected, build relationships and provide updates on your projects. Maintain team calendars and tools for regional transparency to global activity.

Manage your assigned portion(s) of the global marketing budget and track spend to maintain regular forecast accuracy.

Stay up to date on global industry, competitors and market news/trends. Draw on your external awareness to create direction, insights and a point of view to help improve and keep the brand and how it comes to life.

Partner with the Consumer Insights team to lead additional research projects to inform strategic approach for guiding new or updating existing programs.

About You Bachelor's degree in related field of study

6+ years of relevant marketing experience

Experience with successful, channel optimized, consumer obsessed solutions for execution across a variety of marketing vehicles: traditional, digital, in store, social, experiential

Track-record of overseeing complex projects end-to-end

The expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300 - $175,900. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
