AIO LOGIC is hiring for a Revenue Operations Manager

This position is a remote position but will require travel to the office in Chicago at least once a quarter for a couple of days.

The Revenue Ops Manager is responsible for bringing people, data, and processes together under a cohesive revenue strategy and performance tracking structure.
Obtain and gather data from various sources into consolidated lead database
Create and manage email campaigns and gather and report on email related analytics
Define and oversee sales ops protocols, KPIs, and operational metrics.
Develop processes, workflows, and data flows that enable effective capture and tracking of revenue performance. Train revenue teams on processes and protocols and ensure team adoption.
Work closely with sales teams, tech teams, and other relevant departments to monitor business strategies, revenue growth, and KPIs.
Prepare and present reports to leadership on revenue generation activities and performance
EXPERIENCE
5 years of sales operations or revenue operations experience
Very strong SQL, data management, and analytical skills, to include data aggregation and structuring, defining KPIs, managing data sets, and building reports and dashboards
Experience designing and managing workflows
Experience designing and setting up multi-step email and drip email campaigns
Strong strategic planning and "big picture" skills
Strong presentation skills
Very strong CRM management skills, and strong competency with Learning Management Systems, Sales Intelligence Systems, and Sales/Marketing Automation Software
