Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel / operational metrics for both our consulting and SaaS businesses, and delivering regular insights to management; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance.
Build out best in class system infrastructure and processes for revenue operations: oversee systems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting.
Management of the technology stack for sales including the CRM, marketing automation (working with the Marketing Department) and sales tools.
Help build an ROI on marketing initiatives and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and customer success programs to increase ROI.
Help design and track incentive plans for the sales team and ensure accurate commission payments with Finance.
Create dashboards and other visualizations, regular forecast updates and manage regular sales update meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.
Track and analyze key sales and marketing from the top to bottom of the sales funnel including lead generation, pipeline growth, conversion rates, sales cycles etc.
Assist with on-boarding and training new sales team members on our CRM system and processes.
Regular interactions with the sales, marketing and finance teams for updates on team performance and to track progress of our sales opportunities.
Deliver and execute on strategic projects as required.
Support leadership by driving weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual planning processes for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success including budget goals, quota, and compensation design / management.
Experience, Skills and Requirements:
5+ years of work experience with a strong background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, and/or Business Analytics
Experience with B2B SaaS and technical sales as well as the underlying sales and marketing metrics associated with these businesses.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced use of pivot tables).
Significant experience with Hubspot or Salesforce.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
Proven ability to implement RevOps strategies, enhancing processes, tools, reporting, metrics, and policies.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems.
Driven, self-motivated and independent with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Eager to work in a dynamic environment that rapidly changes and often presents ambiguous situations.
