As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of product managers and driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of products within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

What you'll do: Strategic leadership: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Team leadership & development: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, setting a high bar and providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product team.

Product development & execution: work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, establish timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Monitor key performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate on existing products and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration & communication: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineering teams, sales, marketing, and customer support. Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to ensure alignment and support from all stakeholders. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for product launches.

Product Evangelism: Serve as a passionate advocate for your products, both internally and externally. Gather customer feedback and market insights to drive product enhancements and inform future roadmap decisions.

What skills & experience do you need? Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a managerial role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The SF base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $225,000 USD. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (which includes base salary and, where applicable, may include commissions or overtime pay), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company.
