Job Summary:
Bear Robotics creates solutions for the future of automated hospitality and is a leading industry manufacturer of AI-driven autonomous robots. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can blend strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong collaboration skills to drive the success of our products in the market.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Research the market, competition, and customer needs to guide product positioning and marketing strategies.
Develop clear and engaging product messaging and materials, working closely with the product and marketing teams.
Create various marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and videos to showcase product benefits.
Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge through training sessions.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure marketing efforts are well-informed and supported.
Support channel efforts and ensure partners have the necessary information and support for marketing our products effectively.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Establish clear goals and measures for success for the team. Regularly check progress and give helpful feedback to team members.
Work closely with other departments like product development, sales, and customer support to make sure everyone is on the same page with marketing plans.
Keep in touch with important people like senior management, sales teams, partners, and customers. Listen to their feedback, address any issues, and make sure everyone agrees on what's important for marketing.
Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications: Ability to use key metrics and research for decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in market research and data analysis.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams.
Skill in creating marketing collateral for technical products.
Ability to gather and synthesize feedback for marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications: Hardware product launch marketing experience
Previous experience in the robotics industry or a related field
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in digital content creation or strategy.

The pay range for this position is $167K-$187K. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
