Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive administrative assistant to join our organization. You will work directly with our office staff to make sure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented.
- Managing invoice entries, which accounts for 25% of weekly responsibilities
- Daily post-office visits around the lunch hour
- Entering data into the system
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring everything is stocked
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Providing support in various office tasks as needed
Hard Skills
+ 2+ years of administrative/receptionist experience
+ Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
+ High school diploma or GED Minimum
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Skokie, Illinois.
Monday through Friday
8am to 5pm
