DESCRI[PTION
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management or relative from an accredited institution and 1O+ years of financial experience in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or General Contractors financials. Masters degree preferred
Significant knowledge of Project Controls/Project management processes
PMI Certification or other contracting/project management certifications preferred
Knowledge of Accounting/Finance principles and practices (GAAP)
Construction Accounting Experience, AIA Billing, Certified Payroll, Job Costing, Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Budgeting prferred
Systems Skills- Oracle JD Edwards, Microsoft Excel, Hyperion HFM, Essbase, Textura, SCA LCMS, Prolog
Organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables and use decision-making capabilities and judgement to prioritize
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities
Leadership Skills (works well independently and in team environment, able to direct/manage others effectively, work with all levels of management, independent decision-making abilities)
Ability to think strategically
Requirements

Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
