What You'll Do:

As the Account Manager - Client Growth, you will be responsible for:

Client Portfolio Management: Nurture, retain and expand relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, growth, and success.

Identifying Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

Proactively identify expansion opportunities to deepen penetration of our existing client book.

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

Client Retention: Work closely with the Director of Client Success to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Address client concerns and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions in partnership with the Customer Care team.

Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets.

Conduct regular account reviews and identify areas for improvement and expansion.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the Client Success team to share insights and ensure a seamless client experience.

Engage with internal teams to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role for 2-5 years.

Strong understanding of Legal Industry and the ability to align solutions with client needs.

Demonstrated success in achieving client growth and revenue targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel as needed.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$75,000 to $85,000 base with $100,000-$120,000 OTE dependent on experience and location.
