We are seeking a customer focused Sales Manager who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is a highly efficient and organized person, with an excellent track record as a strong leader acting as a player-coach to drive team performance and increase revenue. The Sales Manager will work collaboratively across departments to enhance operational efficiencies and boost team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, develop and optimize a growing team of Sales AEs responsible for sales engagements.
* Refine the customer communication and messaging to relate the WiLine value proposition effectively to prospects and customers
* Leverage and help refine our modern go-to-market tech stack including HubSpot Sales Pro, ZoomInfo, CoStar and our own proprietary Operations Administration and Management platform
* Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
* Manage outbound prospecting and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
* Work closely as a member of the leadership team to ensure strong sales and marketing alignment and effective campaign creation and management
* Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
* Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
Qualifications
* 5 plus years of B2B sales management experience
* Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement
* Field sales management experience
* Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
* Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo, etc.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Technically adept
Location
Our current Inside Sales team is located in the California area but we have been very successful with a work from home model so we are flexible regarding location as the team grows. We are focused on attracting the ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position regardless of their location.
