Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Success Specialist role with a hybrid work arrangement located in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that clients have a positive experience with our platform, dealing with client inquiries, and providing solutions to client problems.
Qualifications
Customer satisfaction, customer support, and customer service skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
