As a hot tech start-up company, our award-winning client is well funded, enjoying a rapid ramp-up in revenues and has a well-received LegalTech/AI product. Through their scalable AI-powered CLM solution, they deliver automation, speed, and intelligence to legal and commercial teams of every size. They currently have an immediate opening in Boston for a Business Development Representative.
Business Development Representative responsibilities:
Target in-house legal teams and lawyers across North America
Work in an entrepreneurial new business-focused role
Research prospects and map out targeted accounts
Create and deliver lead-generation campaigns
Book and confirm meetings for Account Executives
Progress into a full closing role
Receive full and ongoing training designed to rapidly advance your sales career
Business Development Representative requirements:
Recently degree-educated
Possess 0-6+ moths outbound sales experience
LegalTech, SaaS, or Software sales experience preferred
Consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach
High levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
Hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career
Ambition, drive, and the ability to think on your feet
Enthusiasm, highly organized and able to prioritize
Adaptability and resilience
Business Development Representative rewards:
An initial base salary of circa 50-60k
An uncapped OTE of 65-80k
